Abstracts of oral and poster presentations at ISBA08 will be posted here well in advance of the conference. Please note that copies of the abstracts will not be distrubuted at the conference. Therefore if you require a copy, please download one for your reference.

Participants who give an oral or poster presentation are strongly encouraged to submit papers based on their presentations to Bayesian Analysis (BA), the electronic journal of ISBA. Submissions have to be made within two months of the conference (i.e. by 25^th September 2008). See ba.stat.cmu.edu for details; in particular, click on the "Submit or Resubmit an Article" link for full submission instructions.

Contributed presentations are particularly encouraged, since if accepted for publication in BA, they will be eligible for consideration for the 2009 Lindley Prize:  http://www.bayesian.org/awards/LindleyPrize.html

Please Note: Submissions should include a short covering note indicating whether the submission is based on a contributed or an invited presentation at the ISBA 2008 conference.

These papers will be subject to formal review within an expected timeframe of 6-12 weeks.

All submissions will be considered for possible discussion paper status.
