PRESENTER INSTRUCTIONS

:: DURATION ::
- Keynote Speakers: 50 minutes which includes questions
- Invited/Contributed Speakers: 30 minutes which includes questions and change over

| :: EQUIPMENT ::
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO overhead projectors, so speakers CANNOT use transparencies. |

| :: SLIDES FORMAT ::
PDF (strongly recommended) or PowerPoint |
| |
| :: PREPARATION ::
Ideally, speakers will load their presentations on to these computers the day before their presentation. Since the program is tight,
we can not allow Invited/Contributed presenters to use their own laptops for displaying slides. |

| :: POSTERS ::
Should be no larger than A0 size portrait, that is, 841mm (horizontal) x 1189mm (vertical). We recommend that the poster be laminated, but this is not compulsory. |
