ACCOMMODATION

Conference delegates are encouraged to stay at the Reef View Hotel or the Whitsunday Holiday Apartments; see details below. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Delegates wishing to stay using the conference block booking will be required to register for accommodation using the booking forms at the bottom of this page.

Accommodation in the block booking will not be guaranteed after the Early Bird cut-off date (29th February 2008).

Rooms at the Reef View Hotel are priced on a 'per room' basis and are available to conference delegates for $270 per night. Rooms are large and contain either one king size or two queen size beds, with room to accommodate one rollaway bed if required (at an additional cost of $39 per night). Whitsunday Holiday Apartments are also priced at $270 per night and include kitchen facilities. These apartments can sleep 2-4 people comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 5 people.

:: Reef View Hotel ::

The 4 star Reef View Hotel features spacious, well appointed rooms all with private balconies which overlook either tropical gardens (Garden View rooms, floors 1-4) or the breathtaking vista of the Coral Sea (Coral Sea View rooms, floors 5-18). The views of the Whitsunday Passage from the Reef View Hotel's Coral Sea View rooms are amongst the best in the world. Every room has a private balcony facing the sea. Guests have access to a range of swimming pools and Catseye Beach is directly opposite.

:: Whitsunday Holiday Apartments ::

The Whitsunday Holiday Apartments are 1 bedroom apartments located directly opposite Catseye Beach, ideal for guests who prefer a little independence. Located on the top floors are the Coral Sea View 1 bedroom apartments, which are serviced daily, with contemporary décor and with stunning views of the Coral Sea from their balconies. From the ground floor to level 6, the Garden View 1 bedroom apartments offer 3 day servicing, modern and colourful furnishings and views of either the Coral Sea or tropical landscaped gardens. Full kitchen facilities exist and a general store/supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and bottleshop are located in Marina Village.

WHITSUNDAY APARTMENT FEATURES:

Resort side location, 12 hr reception (7am to 7pm), Pool and spa, 1 minute walk to beach and pools, Furnished balcony/verandah, More space than a hotel room, Access to Kids Stay and Eat Free program (conditions apply), Coral Sea View 1 bedrooms have guaranteed ocean views (levels 7–13) and are serviced daily, Garden View 1 bedroom (levels ground – 6) have garden and ocean views, regular 3 day servicing or daily by arrangement at an additional cost.

:: Accommodation Booking Forms::

Two booking forms are available, please complete the relevant form, print it off and fax it or post it with your registration form to our Administrators.
SINGLE ACCOMMODATION:		Use this form if there is only one delegate in the room, or one delegate and his/her guests, or multiple delegates using a single credit card (in this case please book the room under one delegates name AND note on the fax cover sheet the names of the other delegates in the room). The delegate's breakfast are paid for, but other guests will have to pay for breakfast. Select the type of accommodation required from the dropdown box. The form will calculate the amount payable. Maximum of 5 people in an apartment and 4 people in a hotel room.

SHARED ACCOMMODATION:		Use this form if two or more delegates are sharing AND wish to pay with separate credit cards. Select the type of accommodation required from the dropdown box. Breakfast is included for delegates. The form will calculate the amount payable. Maximum of 5 people in an apartment and 4 people in a hotel room.
